Role Overview:
As a Junior Customer Care Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing prompt, helpful, and professional assistance. You will play a vital role in ensuring positive customer experiences, resolving enquiries, and supporting the sales and marketing teams to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a timely and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and campaigns
- Assist with resolving customer issues or escalating as necessary
- Support the sales and marketing teams by processing orders and updating customer records
- Collect and log customer feedback to help improve service delivery
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to meet service and quality standards
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role
- Previous experience in customer service or call centre environments is advantageous but not essential
