The Role
We’re seeking a Skilled Joiner to join our growing team. You’ll work on a variety of projects—everything from fitting interior doors, bathrooms/kitchens, and mouldings to constructing timber frames, bespoke cabinetry, and day-to-dah maintenance issues. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship on time and within budget, ensuring safety and compliance on site at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
- Accurately measure, mark out and cut timber and other materials
- Assemble, install, and repair fixtures, fittings, and wooden structures.
- Collaborate with site managers, labourers, and subcontractors to achieve programme targets
- Maintain and care for tools, equipment, and materials.
Candidate Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Joinery/Carpentry
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven site experience as a joiner
- Strong understanding of woodworking techniques and power/tool operation
- Comfortable working from plans, drawings, and take-off sheets
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £19.00-£23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
