The Johnny Pye is the heart of the community in Heswall, a coastal town on the Wirral in Merseyside. The pub is centred around Sports and Live Entertainment with a simple Marston's food offer. It has a large bar in the centre, is open plan and has plenty of room to fit in high volumes of guests. It also benefits from a good sized beer garden.
The pub mainly caters for the local demographic although there is definitely scope to attract more visitors to the area. Very popular for live music at the weekends and live sports. The pub is currently taking an average of £15,000 a week and the new operator will have the successful Marston's community food menu to support the further growth of sales and guest appeal of the pub.
