Our signature BRHAIVE AURA Headspa is a sensorial ritual inspired by Japanese head spa traditions, enriched with sound therapy, pressure-point massage, warm oil, scalp exfoliation, herbal rinses, and optional Reiki healing—crafted to nourish both scalp and soul.
The Role
We’re seeking a skilled Headspa Practitioner—someone who brings both heart and expertise to our holistic treatments. Your role will involve leading the BRHAIVE AURA Headspa ritual, maintaining our high standards of care, and contributing to our ambiance of calm and renewal.
Responsibilities
- Deliver BRHAIVE AURA Headspa treatments, combining sound therapy, Japanese headspa techniques, pressure-point warming oil massage, herbal waterfall rinses, facial and neck massage, scalp steaming and cleansing, and the optional addition of Reiki healing.
- Provide clients with a warm, nurturing, and restorative experience.
- Personalise treatments using BRHAIVE’s vegan, natural products and recommend home-care routines to support ongoing scalp and hair health.
- Carry out holistic facials and related wellness treatments.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and ambiance in treatment rooms.
- Engage clients with attentive, caring consultation—both pre- and post-treatment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a collaborative environment.
Ideal Candidate
- Qualified in spa, beauty, or holistic therapies (e.g. NVQ Level 3, ITEC, CIBTAC).
- Proven experience delivering Indian head massage; additional holistic massage modalities are highly valued.
- Training in Reiki, holistic therapies, or facials is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of scalp, hair, and skin wellbeing, with a nurturing and intuitive approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a calm and supportive demeanour.
- Passionate about holistic wellness and able to embrace BRHAIVE’s ethos of mindful self-care.
- Professional attitude with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistently high client care.
