We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic person to assist with procuring, building, and distributing approx. 60 laptops, which must be available by the start of term in September to support international scholarship students.
This post is part-time (21 hours per week) and fixed term (mid-July 2025 – end September 2025).
Due to the nature of the work, hybrid working is not available for this post. The post-holder will work their hours within the Edinburgh Global offices at Buccleuch Place.
The salary for this post is at Grade UE04: £25,733 - £28,381 per annum, pro-rata as part-time.
Your skills and attributes for success:
- Understanding of Microsoft Windows 11/Apple OS operating systems, IT Security and Generative AI for supporting student study.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work as a team and collaborate on project deliverables.
- A positive and respectful attitude to all staff, students, the organisation and external partners and suppliers.
