Isolation Room Coordinator

Grade: NJC Points 12 to 18

Hours: 32.5 hours per week

Actual Salary: £20,632 to £22,753 (pay award pending)

Newhouse Academy is looking for a candidate who is, as we describe, one of "Our People".

The Isolation Room is a prime example of this, whereby through high expectations, consistent and positive application of school policy and by supporting each other, we operate a calm and purposeful isolation room, where students know, understand our expectations.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Is one of ‘Our People.’
• Is able to work independently as well as part of a team(s).
• Has knowledge and understanding of strategies to remove the barriers to learning.
• Is good at problem solving.
