Responsible for working with external outsourced payroll vendors to support the accurate and timely delivery of payroll and benefit services for the UK, European and expat/shadow payrolls.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the delivery of UK, European and expat/shadow payrolls with external outsourced payroll vendors (where applicable).
  • Maintaining standard payroll processes and operating procedures in line with managed service vendor delivery.
  • Supporting the collation and distribution of audit and compliance related activity.
  • Managing MyHR Tier1 and 2 escalated payroll and benefit queries through to resolution working with external vendor where required.
  • Working closely with HR Services to support overall payroll delivery and continuous improvement activities.
  • Delivering of benefits transactions and associated administration across UK and European payrolls (where applicable).

You’ll need to have:

  • MS skills: Word, PowerPoint and Excel: presenting high quality reports, presentation and accurate payroll and data to diverse audience.
  • Experience of working in a managed service payroll delivery structure.
  • UK Payroll processing knowledge.
  • Benefits processing knowledge.
  • Previous experience of working in a similar environment or role in Payroll and Benefit capacity (or equivalent).

You’ll also have:

  • Ability to provide advice and co-ordination of payroll and benefits transactional activities.
  • Experience working within large global organizations.
  • Ability to multi task in order to meet stringent deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly both written and oral.
  • Ability to work at pace - demonstrable experience of managing and prioritizing competing demands ensuring deadlines are met without loss of standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail, prioritisation and organisational abilities.
  • Management of routine, payroll and benefit matters.
  • Customer focused and results driven.
