Installation Team Member

This is a role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery, installation, and assembly services across various sales channels, you’ll be at the forefront of creating positive customer experiences and providing exceptional service.

About the role:
- Safely conducting deliveries and removals, including providing live updates to clients/tenants.
- Collecting and returning keys to and from letting agents, when necessary.
- Ensuring accurate completion of paperwork, including delivery sheets, notes, van records, job sheets, and aftersales feedback.
- Utilising our cutting-edge ePOD system to record activity throughout the day and collect necessary signatures and delivery confirmations.
- Championing eco-friendly practices through waste management, including separating recyclables.
- Representing LOFT with pride, maintaining a clean and professional appearance while always displaying politeness and courtesy towards everyone, including coworkers, contractors, agents, clients and tenants. We provide the uniform!
About you:
· Effective communication and client interaction skills
· CSCS Card Desirable
· Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record (if driving is part of your duties)
· Due to the nature of our products, this position will involve regular manual lifting, and manual handling training will be provided
