Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for an Independent Investment Banker / M&A Advisor with some work from home flexibility. The role includes day-to-day tasks such as deal origination, financial modeling, due diligence, providing strategic advisory, and facilitating financial transactions for clients engaged in cross-border M&A activities.

We invite reputed finance professionals and M&A advisors to become Independent Dealmakers in our Investment Banking and M&A Network. A whole back office will back members and have the support of M&A specialists.
Requirements
- Over a decade of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, funds, private equity, or mergers and acquisitions.
- Capable of independent work with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong technical background in finance and business administration.
- Committed to collaborative teamwork.
- In-depth expertise in specific industry sectors.
- Expertise in Due Diligence processes
- Strong understanding of global markets, regulations, and financial trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
