About the Role
As an Implementation Consultant at Cezanne HR, you'll play a central role in shaping the client experience during a critical stage of the Cezanne client lifecycle. Your work will guide new customers from the moment they've signed on with us, right through to successfully launching their system and handing them over to our Customer Success teams.
You'll work within a friendly and collaborative Implementation Team, managing a varied workload that includes system setup, data configuration, bespoke training, and ongoing project support. Whether leading an implementation project or supporting a colleague, your focus will be on building strong partnerships with clients and ensuring they feel confident, informed, and supported at every stage of their journey.
This is a remote-first role, ideally suited to someone who thrives on autonomy, is motivated by solving practical challenges, and genuinely enjoys helping people get the best out of technology.
Key Responsibilities
System Configuration & Data Implementation: Set up and tailor the Cezanne HR platform to meet each client's unique requirements. This includes configuring system modules, workflows, and user permissions, as well as assisting with client data - collecting, formatting, and importing it into the system with care and accuracy.- System Consultancy & Orientation: Deliver online training sessions for HR administrators (and occasionally end-users) to support e-learning course assignments. You'll provide clear, confident guidance tailored to each client's structure and needs, often adapting your delivery for different levels of technical experience and roles.
- Project & Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact during the implementation phase, keeping clients updated on progress, timelines, and next steps. You'll ensure communication is proactive and collaborative, building trust and laying the foundation for a strong ongoing relationship.
Key Skills & Attributes
Excellent Communication: Whether via email, screen share, or documentation, you're able to communicate clearly and simply. You're confident explaining technical concepts in plain language and thrive when helping others understand something new.- Conscientious & Empathetic: You care deeply about doing a great job. You put yourself in the client's shoes, listen closely to their needs, and strive to deliver solutions that not only meet expectations but exceed them.
- Self-Motivated & Proactive: With a remote-first setup, you're comfortable working independently and taking initiative. You know when to figure things out on your own and when to reach out for input or support.
- Highly Organised & Detail-Oriented: You can manage multiple projects simultaneously, keep track of moving parts, and hit deadlines without compromising on quality. You take pride in your work and approach tasks with care and consistency.
- Technological Confidence & Curiosity: Be comfortable learning and navigating new systems and features quickly. You'll be expected to explore new software functionality, troubleshoot confidently, and guide clients through unfamiliar territory with clarity and assurance.
