The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled ICT Technical Professional to join our Network Team within ICT Technical Management.

This is an on-site role, based in Liverpool, where you’ll play a key part in maintaining the performance, security, and reliability of the Council’s Voice & Data Network platforms and Secure Internet Services.

  • Monitor, maintain and support network infrastructure
  • Configure and manage data switches and routers
  • Support wireless network solutions
  • Maintain IP and unified communication systems
  • Respond to incident, diagnose problems, and support disaster recovery

We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in network technologies who thrives in a collaborative, on-site environment. If you’re passionate about delivering robust and secure communication services in the public secure, we’d love to hear from you.
