About the role

The TEC Partnership is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their Estates and Facilities department as a morning Hygiene Supervisor to oversee the operations of the Hygiene Team as they prepare the building/s for the days use. Working alongside the afternoon Hygiene Supervisor, Hygiene Manager and Facilities Manager to ensure that service levels are met, you will be contributing to providing and maintaining a safe, clean environment for learners and colleagues.

About the person

The successful candidate will be able to evidence previous experience in both a commercial cleaning role and a supervisory role, ideally in a similar environment. Good communication skills are essential for this role as you will be engaging with the operatives, managers and our service users on a regular basis. Good knowledge of Microsoft software such as Outlook and Word is desirable, however full training on internal systems and processes will be given to the successful individual.
