Overview
We are looking to recruit a Hub Co-ordinator, who can demonstrate an ability to create a welcoming and accessible atmosphere for people visiting our Hub.

In this role you will ensure our Hub runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis, alongside our Operations Manager and other staff. You will be proficient in various office tasks, and have strong abilities in organising and prioritising your workload. You will need to demonstrate a flexible, proactive approach to your work.

Duties
- To welcome people to our Hub, establish their interests and encourage participation appropriately
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintain an organised office environment
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

Requirements

- A confident, helpful, welcoming and professional attitude when dealing with the public
- Strong administrative skills with experience in an office setting
- Excellent data entry skills
- Familiarity with computerised systems for office tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively

Hours: 20 per week, 10am - 2pm Monday-Friday.
