We are seeking a confident and motivated HR & Marketing Executive to support our growing team in Battle. The ideal candidate will assist with HR tasks and play a key role in client handling and marketing activities, including client meetings. This is a great opportunity for students to gain practical experience while building professional skills in both HR and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Client Handling:
- Communicate with clients and maintain strong business relationships
- Schedule and attend client meetings (in-person/virtual)
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Represent the company professionally in marketing and client-facing activities
HR Support:
- Assist in recruitment processes and initial screenings
- Maintain HR records and assist in employee onboarding
- Support general HR communications and scheduling
Requirements:
- Female students preferred (part-time/full-time flexibility available)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and confident in handling clients and external communication
- Basic knowledge of HR and marketing concepts
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
