Rockliffe Hall is an AA-rated 5 red star resort in the north of England and is set within 375 acres outside the village of Hurworth, near Darlington in County Durham. We aim to provide an outstanding personalised service to each guest who stays, spas, golfs and dines and with us, acknowledging special occasions and making them memorable for all guests. We are currently seeking Two Housekeeping Team Members (Weekends only with some week day cover if required), to join Team Rockliffe!
The Role
The main responsibilities of the housekeeping team member role will be (but not limited to):
- Service daily allocated guest bedrooms to the standard required and to deliver the highest level of customer service.
- Works to the highest levels of cleanliness as set by Executive Housekeeper and to 5-star standard
- Clean bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas to the required standard within a timely manner.
- Organise stores and equipment to complete duties efficiently.
