Job Description
- Cleaning and making beds efficiently and to a high standard, as shown in training and demonstration
- Ensuring our hotel is presented to the highest standard, according to the brand standards
- Recording on check sheets any maintenance and/or inventory requirements
- Ensuring all accommodation is ready at the expected time to be checked and ready for the guests’ arrival
- Conducting guest satisfaction visits as needed
- Delivering exceptional service to all our guests
- Keeping our public guest areas clean and looking their best at all times
