Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
- Ensure that all areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all laundry is handled appropriately.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations within the establishment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
- Knowledge of hotel or hospitality standards is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
