Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be reliable and a commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
We are looking for someone for 3-4 days a week and then also to cover holidays and/or sickness.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
- Dust, vacuum, and polish furniture and fixtures to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues to management.
- Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Laundry duties, including washing, drying, and ironing linens.
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques and processes.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
