About Us
We are a trusted logistics provider delivering large household items for some of the UK’s most recognised brands. We are currently recruiting Self-Employed Delivery Drivers to join our growing teams across various locations.
Role Overview
You will be part of a two-person crew operating a Luton van, completing 25–35 multi-drop deliveries and collections daily. Duties include room-of-choice deliveries, occasional basic assembly or installation, and ensuring timely, professional service. This role requires a physically fit, proactive individual with a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Luton van and complete assigned routes efficiently
- Load, unload, and deliver goods to customer’s room of choice
- Use required equipment such as sack barrows, dollies, lifting belts, shoe covers, and gloves
- Perform daily vehicle safety checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Record deliveries accurately using HHT devices, including proof of delivery, photos, and notes
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and management
- Report any delivery damage, delays, or vehicle issues immediately
- Adhere to PPE and safety policies at all times
Compliance & Behaviour Standards
Applicants must:
- Hold a valid full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points)
- Have a clean Enhanced DBS certificate
- Pass drug and alcohol testing as required
- Have valid insurance with no voided or cancelled policies
- Maintain excellent driving and attendance records
- Be legally entitled to work in the UK
- Start shifts between 5:30 AM and 10:00 AM, depending on route allocation
- Commit to completing all assigned routes with no exceptions
- Accept that fines apply for lateness, route non-completion, PPE violations, and unprofessional conduct
- Be financially responsible for insurance excess on at-fault incidents
- Maintain vehicles to a clean, roadworthy standard and attend inspections/repairs as scheduled
Trial & Training
- Self-directed training provided, with support for commuting and meals during training
- Only successful trial candidates will be placed on the active rota

Stock Loss, Damage & Property Penalties
To protect client trust and service quality, the following penalties apply:
- Stock Loss or Damage:
- Cost recovery may be deducted from payment for negligent or careless loss or damage
- Repeated incidents may result in removal from active rota
- Property Damage:
- Costs for repair or compensation for damage caused by crew actions will be deducted from payments
- Formal warnings or contract termination may occur for repeated damage
- Reporting:
- All incidents or near-misses must be reported immediately; failure to report may lead to disciplinary action
- Insurance Excess:
- Drivers are liable for insurance excess payments for at-fault vehicle incidents
- Persistent carelessness may result in fines or removal from rota
Additional Expectations
- Take clear photos before and after deliveries
- Use WhatsApp groups and delivery apps to document issues
- Communicate risks before proceeding with any potentially hazardous delivery
Payment Details
- Paid twice monthly on the 2nd and 17th (payments delayed if dates fall on weekends/public holidays) on self bill basis
- Day Rate:
- £110 per day for up to 25 stops
- £120 per day for up to 30 stops
- £130 per day for up to 40 stops
- After 6 months:
- £120 for up to 30 stops, £140 for up to 40 stops on 2-person routes
- 3-person routes: £110 up to 15 stops, £120 up to 20 stops, £130 up to 25 stops
- Loyalty bonuses and tips may apply
- Minimum contract term: 6 months; 1-month notice required post-term
