We are seeking compassionate, caring, dedicated and experienced Domiciliary Care Worker to join out team. The ideal candidate must have a caring nature and a genuine interest in improving the quality of life for those in need. To provide high quality, person centred care, enabling the clients to maintain independence and quality of life.

Candidate must have a UK driving license and access to own vehicle with business insurance.

Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Medication Management: Prompting or assisting in giving medication as prescribed

- Practical Support: Helping with meal preparation, light household task, and shopping.

- Companionship: Provide social interaction and emotional support.

- Following Care Plans: Adhering to individual care plans developed by healthcare professionals.
_Recording and reporting

Requirements:
- Experience in domiciliary care settings is essential
- Knowledge of patient care practices and principles
- Reliability and punctuality is essential for maintaining consistency in care delivery.
- Training certification - Care certificate, NVQ or other healthcare qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, building rapport with clients and communicating effectively with families and colleagues.

- Ability to work independently.

- Flexibility and ability to adapt to the changing needs of clients and the demands of the role.
