Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans based on individual client needs.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes to management.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Assist with medication reminders and health monitoring as required.
- Promote independence by encouraging clients to engage in their preferred activities.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety within the home.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in home care or a related field is essential.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families.
- Knowledge of developing and implementing care plans is highly desirable.
- Ability to drive and possess a valid driver's license is preferred.
- Compassionate nature with a strong commitment to enhancing client wellbeing.
