Your Role as a Home Care Assistant:
- Deliver personalised care, helping clients with daily tasks and promoting independence
- Follow tailored care plans that respect each client's unique needs
- Travel to clients' homes (fully paid travel at hourly rate)
- Regularly update family members, providing reassurance and peace of mind
- Keep clear, accurate care records and promptly communicate any changes
- Build meaningful connections, bringing positivity and companionship into clients’ daily lives
What You'll Need:
✔ Be at least 18 years old
✔ Have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
✔ Right to work in the UK
✔ Enhanced DBS check and references (we’ll guide you through the process)
