You’ll be joining our Highways maintenance team, as the UK’s number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.

What will you be doing?
What you’ll bring
- A good level of experience in construction delivery and workforce supervision
- Commercially driven to be able to capture working cost efficiencies, cost control and saving money
- Experience within the highway maintenance industry would be desirable, along with CSCS, NRSWA and SSSTS
- Effective team management, leadership, motivational and influencing skills to get the best from everyone
- Excellent customer skills and the ability to demonstrate influencing in all situations
- Good general IT skills are essential. Ideally proficient in MS Excel, and any other specific systems
- The ability to remain flexible in your approach to the role whilst embracing change and helping to drive that change through the wider teams and through into the delivery
