- You'll support our Operations team by providing professional operational SHEQ direction & support through project lifecycles. Your expertise will help our operational and management teams maintain and develop our systems and practices.
- You’ll monitor direct employees and subcontractors through site inspections and management audits. You'll advise on specialist areas like risk assessments, fire safety, CDM regulations, hazardous substances, COSHH and temporary works.
- You'll liaise with external bodies, including the Health and Safety Executive, clients, and other stakeholders, as directed by the SHEQ Manager. Supporting incident management and investigation processes will be a key part of your role.
- You'll also present toolbox talks, team talks, and training materials on SHE issues. Delivering induction training to operatives and new starters will be part of your responsibilities.
- You’ll provide progress reports to Health, Safety, & Quality Manager as & when required, per our certification to the standards ISO 45001, ISO9001, and ISO 14001. Ensure compliance with, and contribute to the effective implementation of the current M Group Energy Policies and Procedures,
- You’ll Identify learning opportunities & best practices in project planning & delivery to ensure continuous improvement in all areas of Health and Safety.

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
