Your Role Will Involve:
- Supporting individuals with mental health conditions in daily activities
- Delivering person-centred care alongside nurses and care teams
- Assisting with personal care, mobility, and emotional support
- Promoting a safe and supportive environment
- Following individual care plans and safeguarding procedures
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role
✔ Right to work in the UK
✔ Valid Enhanced DBS
✔ PMVA Training
✔ Up-to-date Mandatory Training
✔ Covid-19 Vaccination Record
✔ Two professional (clinical) references
✔ Valid Photo ID
