Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Collect specimens for laboratory testing
- Administer medications under the supervision of a nurse or physician
- Assist with patient transfers and mobility
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) program preferred
- Valid DBS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
