We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of patient care and report any changes in health status to the nursing staff
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive environment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery
- Ensure cleanliness and safety within the care environment
- Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes
Experience
- Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous
- Familiarity with developing and implementing care plans is preferred
- Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with residents and team members
- Strong IT skills for maintaining records and using healthcare software applications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for this role
