As a DomCare Worker, you will assist clients with daily living tasks, supporting their independence and wellbeing at home. Your role is vital in maintaining a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for those who need extra help.
Key Responsibilities
- Light domestic duties (e.g., cleaning, laundry, meal preparation).
- Personal care (e.g., showering, toileting — if applicable).
- Companionship and social support.
- Grocery shopping and errands.
- Monitoring general wellbeing and reporting any concerns.
Requirements
- Previous experience in domestic or community care preferred.
- DBS on update service.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
