You’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching, supporting learner progression, and preparing students for careers in healthcare, social care, and related professions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across a range of Health and Social Care programmes.
- Plan and prepare lessons that meet curriculum standards and learner needs.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing clear, constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the development and review of curriculum materials and schemes of work.
- Provide academic and pastoral support to learners, promoting achievement and well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessment, and progress in line with college policies.
- Engage in continuous professional development and participate in departmental meetings and quality assurance processes.
