Murano,Angela Hartnett’s Michelin-starred restaurant in the heart of Mayfair,is looking for an experienced Head Waiter/Waitress to join our passionate front-of-house team.

What the Role Involves
As a Head Waiter/Waitress,you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding guest experience while supporting the daily running of the floor. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of your section,ensuring smooth and consistent service
- Leading by example and setting the tone for excellent guest interaction
- Supporting the management team with training junior staff
- Ensuring standards are upheld and guest expectations consistently exceeded
- Maintaining a calm,professional presence during busy services
- Acting as a point of reference for product knowledge and menu details
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-quality or Michelin-starred environment
- A genuine passion for hospitality and service
- Confidence in leading by example and mentoring others
- Strong communication skills and an eye for detail
- Calm and reliable under pressure,with a guest-first attitude
- A positive,proactive approach and strong team spirit
