Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head Of Sales to lead our real estate sales operations, with a proven track record in driving multimillion-dollar revenues, managing large-scale sales teams, and executing international sales strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of off-plan real estate, a strong network of local and international investors, and the strategic acumen to deliver growth through effective planning, team leadership, and cross-functional execution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement long-term sales and revenue strategies aligned with business goals.
- Design and execute 3–5 year financial and sales plans, incorporating market shifts and expansion goals.
Business & Channel Development
- Lead business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and emerging markets.
- Build, nurture, and activate a network of local and international channel partners.
- Expand business into new regional markets with sales office activation.
Sales Operations & Marketing
- Create and oversee the sales and marketing planning process, including budgeting and ROI tracking.
- Drive brand positioning and execute recognition strategies to establish market presence.
Revenue & Investor Management
- Develop investment strategies and pitch plans for HNWIs, hedge funds, and angel investors.
- Maintain and grow investor portfolios through relationship-building and targeted campaigns.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor sales teams, including training on real estate product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Foster a performance-driven culture with target-based incentives and recognition programs.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, HR, and Product Development for integrated execution.
- Ensure alignment between sales goals and company-wide strategic initiatives.
Key Achievements Required (Ideal Profile)
- Proven experience in generating USD $30M+ in off-plan or plot sales annually.
- Strong track record of international roadshows and sales events delivering tangible revenue growth.
- Successful track record in launching and managing CRM systems and data-driven sales operations.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams across geographies.
- Recognized multiple times for service excellence and top-tier performance awards.
Qualifications
- MSc in Financial Investments / Real Estate or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales.
- Fluency in English and Urdu; basic proficiency in Arabic and Chinese is a plus.
- ERP/CRM expertise: Salesforce, Oracle, Oddo, SIEBEL, SAS.
- Strong MS Office and reporting tool skills.
Preferred Experience
- 15+ years in real estate sales and commercial roles.
- Background in high-value real estate projects (e.g., Eighteen, DAMAC, EMAAR).
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments across the Middle East and Pakistan.
- Prior leadership roles in well established development companies.
