We are looking for a capable and ambitious Head of Residential Sales to lead our clients sales division. You’ll be responsible for the performance of their five established offices while helping shape their next phase of growth. This is a senior leadership role requiring a mix of day-to-day management, strategic planning, and external relationship building.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Office Performance
- Support and guide their Residential Sales Managers and Progression Team to facilitate success.
- Ensure each office meets its targets for listings, conversions, fees and customer satisfaction.
- Keep operating standards high and promote a consistent culture across all locations.
Strategic Direction & Planning
- Help shape their annual business plan and turn strategy into real action.
- Report regularly on performance updates, challenges and future priorities.
- Play a central role in identifying growth opportunities — both organic and through acquisitions.
Coaching, Development & Training
- Work closely with Sales Managers to improve business development and team leadership skills.
- Take ownership of the division’s training plan — identifying gaps, setting priorities, and ensuring consistent delivery of internal development.
- Share knowledge and create a learning culture where others can grow and progress.
Business Development & Personal Networking
- Proactively create new opportunities by:
- Attending property and networking events.
- Building relationships with high-net-worth clients and developers.
- Leveraging your own contacts to support office-level growth.
Collaboration & Compliance
- Work alongside our Marketing team to support lead generation and brand awareness.
- Ensure all sales activities follow regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Help identify and manage risks that could affect operations or reputation.
Systems & Innovation
- Use data and CRM systems to monitor performance and drive efficiency.
- Support the adoption of new technology that improves service delivery and sales results.
Talent & Recruitment
- Be involved in hiring the right people for all five offices.
- Help attract and retain the best talent by contributing to recruitment and retention efforts.
About You
- You’ve managed multiple branches and know how to drive results.
- You’re confident working at both a strategic and operational level.
- You’re commercially minded, with a track record of hitting targets, spotting opportunities and driving growth.
- You enjoy mentoring others and helping people develop.
- You understand the value of structured training and know how to build a plan that delivers it.
- You’re well-connected and understand how to generate business through your own network.
- You’re organised, clear-thinking and able to communicate well at all levels.
Why us?
- Basic Salary: £70,000 to £75,000 per annum
- On-Target Earnings: £100,000+ (including performance-related bonus incentives)
- Car Allowance: Included
- Location: Waterloo SE1 (HQ) with travel between five branches required.
- Benefits: 25 days’ annual holiday plus public holidays, birthday gifted as a day off and discretionary closure between Christmas and New Year.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00
