Property Management Manager

- Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Hunger to succeed
- Full UK Driving licence
- IT proficient, experienced in using MS Office suite
- Ideally ARLA qualified
The role involves but not exclusive to
- Full Management responsibilities for the department and the PM team
- Conduct staff appraisals
- Keep track of departments targets
- Being the first port of call for the rest of the PM team and dealing with the day to day running of the team.
- Full understanding of current legislation
- Overseeing coordination of move in’s
- Assist with the day to day management of the Lettings Portfolio
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Negotiating contract renewals
- Dealing with telephone and email queries
- EPCs, Gas Safety Certs and EICRs
- Dealing with property maintenance, obtaining quotes and organising works
- Undertake property inspection visits
- Ensuring that all clients are offered a high level of service
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to £40,000.00 per year
