Head of Personnel – Covering Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire & Lincolnshire

Treeline Dental is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced Head of Personnel to support our practices across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, and Lincolnshire.
This is a new and exciting opportunity for someone with a strong HR background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for people. You’ll play a vital role in shaping our team culture, supporting our managers, and helping to deliver our vision for patient-centred care through an engaged and motivated workforce.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading on recruitment and staff engagement across multiple sites- Supporting practice managers with day-to-day HR matters- Developing and delivering HR strategies aligned with business growth- Ensuring HR processes are fair, compliant, and people-focused
About You:- CIPD-qualified (or working towards)- Experience in a multi-site or healthcare setting- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills- Confident, approachable, and solution-oriented- Willingness to travel across the region as required
