About the role:
The UK Head of Marketing role is responsible for running the UK Marketing function and elevating our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy in the United Kingdom. You are a key member and contributor to both the UK Leadership team and the Global Marketing Leadership team. You love digital, data and tech, and are experienced in high volume transactional businesses. You thrive on the combination of execution and strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Co-create and lead the regional go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Brightmine™ in the UK, aligned with global objectives.
  • Manage UK Marketing operations, including demand generation and budget oversight, ensuring effective forecasting, spending, and ROI.

  • Serve as a liaison across Strategy, Marketing Development, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Enhance customer lifecycle execution and ensure high-quality delivery of marketing activities.
  • Foster collaboration across global marketing teams including Brand, Content, UX, Communications, and Analytics.
  • Champion the marketing vision and support strategic initiatives such as digital transformation, brand development, and team excellence.
  • Promote a high-performance marketing culture through competency development and best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing effectiveness using data-driven insights.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement to elevate marketing and commercial operations.
  • Partner with Sales to co-own the UK pipeline and contribute significantly to revenue generation.
  • Participate as a senior leader in our London office with a flexible hybrid work schedule.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing; exposure to high-volume B2C environments is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated success in executing GTM strategies that drive awareness, pipeline growth, and revenue.
  • Exceptional commercial insight and a record of delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Results-oriented and data-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Great team leadership and development capabilities.
  • Strategic adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and data analysis.
  • Experience in collaborative commercial outreach with Sales teams.
  • Familiarity with CDP, CRM, and MAP systems (e.g., Oracle Unity CDP, Salesforce, Eloqua).
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative and inquisitive mindset.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and external agencies.
  • Analytical thinking and business acumen.
