Contract term: Permanent

Location: Bristol office with some hybrid working
Salary range: £45,000 + per annum (DOE)

Be the creative and strategic force behind two purposeful, design-led brands.

Are you a commercially minded marketing leader with a strong creative eye, ready to take the reins of two fast-growing, purpose-driven brands? We’re looking for a strategic thinker and doer; someone who thrives on shaping brands, driving growth, managing external partners, and leading the bigger picture.

Little Green Rooms is a people-first business building beautifully crafted, high-quality garden rooms in Bristol. Alongside our new sister brand, WorkRoom, we’re entering an exciting new phase, and we need someone with a bold vision and broad industry insight to help us get there.

About the role

As Head of Marketing & Brand, you'll sit on the Senior Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of both Little Green Rooms and WorkRoom. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strategic edge: from defining our group marketing strategy and growth plans to managing our agency partners and identifying new opportunities across both sectors.

You’ll lead all brand, marketing, and communications activity across both businesses, working closely with Sales, Operations, and Design to drive performance and ensure alignment to business goals. You’ll be responsible for turning ambition into action, and for making sure every touchpoint reflects our purpose, people and high standards.

About you

We know that not everyone ticks every box, and we welcome diverse perspectives and backgrounds. If this sounds like you and you’re excited about the opportunity, we’d love to hear from you if you are passionate about our company and have relevant experience.

Our small, but mighty team is looked after with a range of benefits, including;

What it’s like to work with us

Our office, showroom and workshops are all based on the vibrant Gloucester Road in Bristol, which means we see each other regularly and can support one another. We make sure we have time to connect and share information within our monthly team meetings and social events throughout the year. Our offices are dog friendly, so you’ll likely meet a few furry friends along the way! We’re always looking for individuals who share our values and are passionate about making a positive impact. Everyone is welcome!
