You will collaborate across Finance, IT, and Data/AI teams, bridging the gap between technical delivery and business needs. You will partner with the AI and Data Monetisation team, the Finance Reporting Centre of Excellence, and other functional leaders to deliver actionable insights, support large-scale system transformations, and ensure the organisation has reliable, forward-looking financial intelligence.

  • Oversee outsourced reporting teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable, future-proof financial processes
  • Embed innovative reporting practices and best-in-class tools across FP&A
  • Contribute to organisation-wide IT and system transformation programmes with critical financial data and insights
  • Develop frameworks for measuring financial performance and business value beyond traditional metrics
  • Lead the finance contribution to ESG reporting and TCFD scenario analysis, integrating climate-related risks and opportunities into business decisions
  • Coach and mentor finance colleagues to enhance analytical, digital, and data-driven capabilities

All the amazing things you'll bring.

  • Proven track record in FP&A, finance transformation, or data-driven finance leadership roles
  • Experience leading technology-driven change, including AI, automation, and analytics tools
  • Experience managing outsourced or offshore teams to deliver performance improvements
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong strategic thinking, translating complex data into actionable insights

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change in complex, matrixed organisations

The essentials.

  • A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) or equivalent strongly preferred
  • Certification in data analytics, AI, or digital transformation advantageous
  • Evidence of continuous professional development in emerging finance technologies and innovation
