What You'll Be Doing
As our Head of Data Analytics, you’ll be the strategic force behind how data drives value across the business. You’ll:
- Lead, inspire, and grow a best-in-class analytics function.
- Partner with senior leaders and C-Suite executives to embed data in every decision.
- Set the vision and roadmap for enterprise analytics — from data visualisation to advanced modelling.
- Leverage Power BI and Databricks to deliver insights at speed and scale.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure a rock-solid data foundation.
- Translate data into compelling stories that influence strategy and create measurable impact.
- Drive innovation in customer experience, underwriting, pricing, claims, and more.
What we will look for in you:
- Proven experience in a Data Analytics Manager/Team Lead or Head of Data Analytics role.
- A background in the insurance or broader financial services industry.
- Deep technical expertise in Power BI, Databricks, and enterprise data platforms.
- Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to influence to Exec level.
- A passion for mentoring talent, building high-performance teams, and creating a culture where data thrives.
