You will orchestrate cross-functional collaboration, drive key projects, and ensure the seamless execution of our global channel strategy to achieve our ambitious revenue and market expansion goals.
Key Tasks:
1. Strategic Planning & Initiative Orchestration:
- Support the Global Head in translating the overarching global channel vision into concrete strategic plans, operational roadmaps, and measurable objectives.

- Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or interdependencies, ensuring alignment and accountability across regional channel teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
2. Operational Cadence & Rhythm of the Business:
- Design, manage, and optimize the operational cadence of the channel organization, including strategic planning cycles, QBRs, management team meetings, and key internal/external communications.
- Oversee the preparation of executive presentations, board materials, and strategic reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timely delivery of critical information.
- Streamline workflows and communication channels within the channel organization and with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, Services) to enhance efficiency.
3. Communication & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a central communication point, synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences (internal teams, executive management, partners).
- Manage and prioritize internal and external correspondence for the Global Head, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Facilitate seamless collaboration and information flow between the Global Head and regional channel leaders, as well as with other functional leaders across IFS.
4. Executive Support & Advisory:
- Serve as a trusted advisor, sounding board, and confidante to the Global Head of Channel, providing objective perspectives and strategic insights.
- Prepare the Global Head for key meetings, presentations, and external engagements, ensuring all necessary information, context, and materials are available.
- Where appropriate, act as a proxy for the Global Head in internal meetings, task forces, or discussions, representing their perspective and driving outcomes.
5. Performance Analysis & Problem Solving:
- Work closely with Partner Operations and Finance to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and channel metrics, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Steer ad-hoc analysis and problem-solving efforts on complex challenges or emerging opportunities within the channel, proposing data-focused solutions.
- Anticipate future needs and opportunities for the channel organization, proactively developing plans and strategies to address them.
Qualifications
Skills & History:
- 5+ yrs of history in business operations, strategic consulting, program management, or a Chief of Staff role within a global technology company (SaaS/Enterprise Software preferred).
- Demonstrable history within or closely with a Channel/Partner organization, understanding partner ecosystems and lifecycle.
- Exceptional strategic thinking capabilities with a proven ability to translate vision into actionable plans and drive execution.
- Strong analytical acumen, capable of interpreting complex data, identifying trends, and presenting clear, concise recommendations.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling executive-level presentations and distill complex information.
