Role Overview:

This is a unique and high-impact leadership role at Elegant Resorts, responsible for shaping the future of our exclusive Chairman’s Club—our bespoke offering for the most discerning Ultra-High-Net-Worth Clients (UHNWCs).

You’ll be the strategic driver behind the growth and evolution of the Chairman’s Club, using data insights, commercial awareness, and creativity to elevate its appeal and effectiveness. Equal parts analytical thinker and relationship builder, you’ll guide operational delivery, curate unforgettable experiences, foster deep supplier and client relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor to our Sales Team and elite clientele.

This is not a traditional events or business development role. It’s a multifaceted position combining data-led decision making, luxury service curation, and high-level client engagement. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, key suppliers, and our team of luxury travel specialists to craft, deliver, and refine a truly best-in-class offering.

You will be based weekly in our Chester office with travel expected as part of your role – including client events, supplier engagement, and experience scouting.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Commercial Insight

  • Use data analysis and reporting to identify key trends, behaviours, and opportunities across the Chairman’s Club portfolio.
  • Influence and shape the future direction of the Chairman’s Club, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally to align operational excellence with strategic commercial goals.
  • Evaluate performance KPIs and recommend actions to improve conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction.

Client Experience & Relationship Management

  • Be the dedicated contact point for Chairman’s Club clients, building trusted long-term relationships.
  • Understand and anticipate individual client preferences, needs, and expectations to ensure every journey is seamless.
  • Represent the brand at high-end events, trips, and experiences; comfortable networking at the highest level.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to surprise and delight clients with tailored, high-touch service.

Team & Sales Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales Consultants to support the conversion of high-value enquiries.
  • Act as the internal ‘champion’ for Chairman’s Club members, ensuring a flawless journey from enquiry to return.
  • Work in unison with the wider business to embed the Chairman’s Club ethos across departments.
  • Support team initiatives with a hands-on, collaborative approach.

Supplier & Event Coordination

  • Maintain strong relationships with key luxury suppliers, DMCs, hoteliers, and lifestyle partners.
  • Curate and co-host exceptional Chairman’s Club events and experiences both in the UK and abroad.
  • Ensure all bookings, communications, and experiences meet (and exceed) expectations.
  • Negotiate value-adds, unique experiences, and exclusives that differentiate the Chairman’s Club.

Person Specification

Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience in a luxury travel or high-end operational role, ideally with UHNW client exposure.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills – confident using data to guide decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury suppliers, destinations, and high-end experiences.
  • Confident and professional communicator – both internally and with external stakeholders.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a passion for operational excellence.

Personal Attributes

  • Naturally enthusiastic and proactive, with a creative and strategic mindset.
  • Comfortable and confident when liaising with UHNWC and luxury partners.
  • Emotionally intelligent with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Committed team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Willing to travel and represent the brand with polish and professionalism.
