What You’ll Be Doing
Leading a multi-brand dealership across new and used car operations
Setting and delivering a strategy to smash sales, profit, and market share goals
Creating a customer experience that’s second to none
Inspiring, coaching, and empowering a high-performing team
Being the face of the dealership in the local community
Owning the P&L and ensuring commercial success in a PLC environment
