We are experiencing exciting growth and are now seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Admissions and Marketing professional to join our team and play a key role in our ongoing and future success.
As Head of Admissions and Marketing, you will be the first point of contact for prospective families, providing a professional, personalised and welcoming experience. You will manage and support every stage of the admissions process, from enquiry to enrolment, and continue as a key liaison to ensure smooth onboarding and relationship continuity. Working closely with the Headteacher, Chair of Governors and Governing Council, you will help deliver an admissions journey that reflects the values and excellence of Priory School.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in relationship-focused roles (e.g., customer experience, client management, or hospitality, sales) who thrives in a busy, people-centred environment.
Main Duties
  • Respond to admissions enquiries in a timely and engaging manner
  • Arrange and conduct school tours, open mornings and taster events
  • Maintain the admissions database and CRM records
  • Track leads, provide reports and support the conversion of enquiries into enrolments
  • Act as a liaison for incoming families during the transition into school life
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of marketing and admissions materials
  • Work collaboratively across departments to ensure an excellent admissions journey
  • Plan, promote, and deliver open days, taster days, and school tours
  • Develop marketing materials (prospectus, brochures, digital guides).

Person Specification
Essential:
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in a client-facing, detail-focused role
  • Strong IT and administrative abilities, including CRM and database systems
  • Professional, approachable, and highly organised
  • Able to work flexibly, including occasional evening/weekend events
  • Prior marketing (Print/Digital/Social Media) experience
Desirable:
  • Prior experience in admissions or independent education
  • Experience in event planning and/or hospitality
  • Experience in account management/sales
