Head Cook – Rustington Golf Centre
We’re on the lookout for a friendly, reliable Head Cook to run the kitchen at our brand-new Clubroom here at Rustington Golf Centre.
You’ll be leading a small kitchen team, making sure everything runs smoothly and to a high standard. The focus will be on preparing great food, keeping the kitchen in top shape, and making sure our customers leave happy.
What we’re after:
- Experience running or helping run a kitchen (Head Cook, Sous Chef or similar)
- A hands-on attitude and great attention to detail
- A Level 3 Food Safety & Hygiene certificate (essential)
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety
- Someone reliable, positive, and able to lead a small team
- Understanding of allergens
