Location: ME London Hotel, The Strand, London

Head Concierge:

As Concierge, you’ll be the face of the guest experience, especially for VIP guests and those staying in our premium rooms. You’ll create unforgettable moments, anticipate guest needs, and go above and beyond to deliver truly tailored service from arrival to departure.


  • Manage and elevate the experience of VIP guests and guests
  • Personally welcome VIPs, ensuring they receive all relevant information about hotel services
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide personalised recommendations with a high level of discretion
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to guest enquiries and special requests
  • Apply upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance guest experience and hotel revenue
  • Handle guest feedback and incidents according to brand standards and service recovery protocols
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of London’s best restaurants, cultural spots, and experiences to enhance guest stays
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service across the hotel

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must be a member of the Les Clefs d’Or
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment
  • Strong knowledge of London and a passion for delivering personalised service
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-presented, professional, and confident under pressure
  • Natural problem solver with a proactive mindset
  • Experience with Health & Safety and Fire Training protocols is a plus
  • Passion for guest satisfaction and creating one-of-a-kind experiences
