Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Head Barista / restaurant Supervisor to join our team.
You will play a vital role in creating an exceptional customer experience by preparing high-quality beverages and providing outstanding service. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised workspace while adhering to food safety standards. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Greet guests as they arrive and escort them to their table.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, ensuring that dishes and glassware are cleared promptly.
- Ensure all food preparation meets health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
- Handle till transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and provide help where needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant service or as a Barista is essential.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
- A friendly disposition with excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
