As a Hardware Assistant, you will be integral to supporting our team in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining an organized workspace. Your core communication skills will enable you to effectively assist customers and address their needs and with this enhance your interactions and contribute to upselling opportunities. Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and maintaining hardware inventory to ensure efficient operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Employ basic math transactions.
- Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays and promoting products.
- Uphold phone etiquette while handling customer inquiries and upselling products.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent , working in our tools department this includes car care, plumbing, heating, fixings and being trained to PDI and put together STIHL machinery.
3x 4hr shift's between the following hours
Monday - Friday - 07.30 - 18.00
Saturday 8.30 - 18.00
Sunday 9.30 - 16.30
