Duties
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties.
- Supervise and lead small teams on various projects to ensure timely completion.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns effectively.
- Conduct electrical repairs, installations, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Utilise mechanical knowledge to maintain and repair equipment and systems.
- Read and interpret schematics for efficient problem-solving.
- Operate logic controllers for automated systems when required.
- Perform welding tasks for structural repairs or modifications.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard while adhering to safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a maintenance person or maintenance role is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
- Comprehensive electrical knowledge, including installation and troubleshooting.
- Mechanical aptitude with experience in maintaining various systems and equipment.
- Familiarity with schematics and logic controllers is highly desirable.
- Welding skills are a plus but not mandatory.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
