In this role you will be responsible for:
- Greeting & interacting with Adventurers whilst monitoring the queue lines and implementing restrictions.
- Batching Adventurers into the attractions in a timely and orderly manner as well as pro-actively handling guest queries.
- Ensuring guests understand the safety rules in the attraction
- Providing great customer service to all of our guests who wish to get into the Halloween spirit.
- Ensuring that your area always looks at its best by keeping it free from litter.
- Plenty of enthusiasm and high levels of energy are essential for this demanding role.
- You will have the ability to always remain composed and confident, even when under pressure.
- Loving what you do with a genuine want for our families to have an awesome day out.
- A strong understanding of the Health & Safety priorities within the department.
