Responsibilities
- Assist stylists with various tasks to enhance the client experience- Including washing hair
- Assist with front desk operations, including greeting clients and scheduling appointments
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon environment
- Support upselling of products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and relationship building
- Experience with front desk operations in a salon or retail environment is beneficial
- Ability to effectively work in a busy environment, prioritising your workload accordingly.
