Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Gymnastics Instructor / Supervisor to lead an after-school Gymnastics Club at a primary school 15 minutes from Warrington. This role provides the opportunity to inspire children through gymnastics, helping them develop strength, coordination, confidence, and teamwork in a fun and supportive environment.
The club runs for one hour per week, Friday, 3:10pm – 4:10pm, giving children a weekly opportunity to explore gymnastics and develop their skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise children during gymnastics activities in a safe and positive environment.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate sessions that build physical skills, flexibility, balance, and confidence.
- Encourage teamwork, self-expression, and enthusiasm for physical activity.
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff about children’s progress.
- Ensure equipment and the activity space are safe, organized, and ready for use.
Experience & Skills
- Experience teaching or leading gymnastics sessions for children.
- Ability to engage and motivate children in a structured, fun, and safe way.
- Strong communication skills in English for interacting with children, parents, and school staff.
- Relevant gymnastics or coaching qualifications are highly desirable.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £30.00 per hour
